Kathy was telling me that she prefers albacore over tuna, but that tuna is better on the budget when stocking up for her year's supply. Eating the tuna, instead of albacore, is another story--tuna can be quite strong--so this is her solution:Tuna "That Doesn't Taste Like Tuna"

1 can tuna
4-6 tbsp. sweet relish
2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
Optional additions:
--1/4 c. chopped celery
--chopped tomatoes, if eaten right away
--chopped onion
