Bill has been working hard as you can see! Over two Saturdays (all the while his back was out and his finger injured) he canned the following:--17 1/2-pints of Peach Melba Jam
--4 quarts + 3 pints Pickled Eggs
--11 pints baby carrots
--7 quarts of red and Russet potatoes
--11 pints Italian Meatballs (recipe tomorrow)
